All our items are beautifully packaged in gift boxes, tied with ribbon. Larger tiaras are packaged in specialised clear acetate boxes.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Most of our tiaras and headbands are available in either silver or gold plate using swarovski crystals and swarovski pearls, fresh water pearls or faux pearls and seed beads.   If you see a particular colour you require on the crystal colour chart and this doesn't appear in the options please email us with your requirements and we will do our best to help you. 

All our handcrafted jewellery is made using swarovski crystals, swarovski crystal pearls, fresh water pearls or faux pearls and seed beads.  All are finished in either sterling silver or gold plate. Please refer to the description of each item for specific details. 

Vintage items

All vintage jewellery items are carefully sourced from antique shops and collectors markets from around the country. 

All vintage items listed are in excellent vintage condition but please be aware that as they are genuine vintage pieces dating from way back there will inevitably be signs of slight wear.

PLEASE NOTE: as items are individually hand made to order some very slight variances may occur from time to time in size,colour or shape of crystals and findings than those seen in the photographs.

PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment.

1. Cheque made payable to Kerry Blu Designs.

2. Bank transfer - Please quote your order number when paying in this way.

3. PayPal - Accept most major credit cards, however those who are not  members will be requested to sign up free of charge.

4.  Nochex - Accept all major credit cards and do not require customers to register for orders under £100. 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

As items are made to order please allow 21 days for delivery (upon payment).  However, for smaller  or less complicated items such as earrings we aim to despatch within 7 working days.  If you need a particular item urgently please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.  Please note that delivery times may alter slightly if paying by cheque due to the time required for clearance.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods we must be notified  within 24 hours of you receiving your order.  The return of the goods must then be received within 7 days of you notifying us of the return of the goods.  We will not accept returns after the 7 day period.  

Please ensure that when you order you select the correct length and crystal colour in the option boxes as items are made to order and we are unable to accept returns on these grounds alone.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings at all. 

Refunds will not be given for used goods or goods returned after the date of your event/wedding.  We have the right to refuse returns if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.  All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The cost of return postage will be met by you. The goods must be in the original condition together with their original packing in order for a full refund.
